Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and prep a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, whip up the butter until it's light and fluffy. Add in the sugars and cream together for 2 minutes.
Add in the vanilla and eggs and whip up again. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add in the dry ingredients into the stand mixer and mix together until it barely comes together. Add in the chocolate chips, M&Ms, and oreo bits (reserve a few to press on the cookies). *You can press the chips on the cookies before or after baking. It's not essential but makes them look pretty! 🙂
Scoop the dough into cookie dough balls (I used a 2 T scoop). Space the cookies about 3 inches apart on the baking sheet, and bake for 8-9 minutes until just barely baked through. Let cool on a baking rack. Enjoy!
