Banana Biscoff Bundt Cake
My deep love for all things biscoff continues with yet another deliciously easy bundt cake! My banana biscoff bundt cake is here and it’s everything I dreamed it would be!
Our latest obsession
We usually have a couple brown/ripe bananas sitting around the kitchen by the time Sunday morning comes around. This is why you’ve probably noticed a lot of new banana bundt cake recipes, and my newest Banana Biscoff Bundt Cake here is no exception! It’s moist, decadent, soft, and SO easy to make. I mean, look at the ingredient list – no hassle, no nonsense, just delicious cake in no time.
If you’re looking for more banana bundt cake flavors, I have a couple here that I know you’ll love:
and more to come ๐
Biscoff Love
I’ve made so many tasty desserts using biscoff spread (or cookie butter spread). My favorite is my Biscoff cake in my Cake Confidence Cookbook.
You can find it in the same aisle as peanut butter and jelly, usually. There are the brand “Biscoff” name jars, and there’s also usually an offbrand one. Either will work fine for this cake.
As for amping up the biscoff flavor a bit more in this banana biscoff bundt cake, I crunched a few of the actual biscoff cookies (the same one you get on Delta flights!) and added them right into the batter. This way we have a tasty little pocket of crunch here and there, and also some of the biscoff spread swirled throughout the cake batter.
It doesn’t stop there, though! We also have a drizzle of biscoff right on top! It’s super easy to make. All you need to do is melt the biscoff spread in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and drizzle it right on. That’s it! It’s a super simple final touch, and really makes it extra special.
Bunt Pan Fun
I used a Christmas gift card to purchase a bunch of bundt pans a while back, and have just been getting into them. This one I used for my cake here is linked HERE. I think it turned out stunning, and you’re easily able to add the drips down the indents on the side of the bundt cake.
Which cake mix should I use?
I’ve tried making my banana bundt cakes so far with white cake, yellow cake, banana cake, and the Dolly Parton Banana Cake mix. Each has been super tasty! Let’s not forget… I made it with a chocolate cake mix a couple weeks ago and that was a solid win, too. I’ve typically gravitated to the Duncan Hines brand, but anything similar will do. Just make sure it’s close to 15.25oz for the mix and you should be all set.
This cake is so easy and so fun, I cannot wait for you to try it an fall in love with it!!! I hope you’re not sick of bundt cakes because we’re still just getting started. ๐
