Delicious Chocolate Buttercream made completely dairy free!
Servings 7cups (for one 6" or 8" cake)

Ingredients
2cups (or 4 sticks)Unsalted Dairy Free Butter Sticks I used Earth Balance Unsalted Buttery Sticks
pinchofsalt
1Tablespoonvanilla
1/2cupcocoa powder
1/2cupPlant Based Dairy Free Oat Creamer I used Elmhurst
8-9cupspowdered sugar
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, whip up the butter until it's light and fluffy; scraping up the butter from the bottom of the bowl so that it lightens in texture, too.
Add in the vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, and oat creamer. Whip up until everything is combined very well, then add in the powdered sugar on low speed. Whip up the buttercream on high speed until it's lighter in texture. Add in more oat creamer if needed for thinning.
