Her work has been featured by Better Homes & Gardens, Rachael Ray Magazine, Food Network, Wilton, and Country Living social media on several occasions.
Mandy has appeared on a national stage, sharing her cakes on The Hallmark Channel’s Home and Family. She has also thoroughly enjoyed doing hundreds of cooking segments for over 7 years now with wonderful local Utah stations such as, KSL Studio 5, as KSL’s Blogger of the Week, on KUTV Good things Utah, and Fresh Living.
Mandy has presented her cake classes and recipes at several public functions, including the Deseret News Home Show as a kitchen stage presenter.
